• Usage Data: We may also collect information about how the Service is accessed and used. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
• Beeline Program Data: If you register through the Beeline bar prep program, we collect additional information as part of signup. This may include your personal email address, mobile phone number, full mailing address, study location preference, parenting or caregiving status, marketing and communications opt-in preference, and giveaway opt-in preference. Parenting status and study location are used solely for program coordination and are not shared with third parties. Providing this information is voluntary; however, it may be required to complete Beeline enrollment.

AI Processing of Rule Sprint Responses

When you participate in a Rule Sprint, the text of your response and the related flashcard prompt are sent to a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate feedback. We send only the content needed to evaluate your answer — not your name, email, or other account details. We do not use your responses to train our own models, and our provider does not use them to train its models. The provider's handling of this data is governed by its own terms.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
• Beeline program data is retained for the duration of your enrollment and afterward for our records. When data is deleted, it is marked as deleted and removed from active use in the Service; you can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
• Usage and diagnostic data may be retained for up to 12 months for analytics and security purposes.

BarStudyConnect uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To notify you about changes to our Service
• To allow you to participate in interactive features when you choose to do so
• To provide customer care and support
• To gather analysis or valuable information so we can improve the Service
• To monitor the usage of the Service
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
• To coordinate Beeline program enrollment and communications, where applicable

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. We also use Sentry, an error-monitoring tool, to detect and diagnose technical problems.

When you first visit, we ask whether to enable analytics and error monitoring. Analytics and error monitoring stay off until you accept, you can decline, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing the cookie-consent setting in your browser. Essential cookies required to sign in and use the Service cannot be turned off.
